Database Providers values and respects your privacy. We do not sell private consumer data or personal contact information. In certain cases, our datasets may include lawfully and publicly available business contact details. For jurisdictions that require it, we provide clear and accessible mechanisms for individuals to opt out of the inclusion, licensing, or sharing of their information.
Your Options & Rights
You have the right to request any of the following actions regarding your personal or professional contact information:
- Confirmation — Whether your information exists in our systems.
- Deletion or suppression — Removal from our active datasets.
- Opt-out — Exclusion from any future licensing or sharing of your contact details.
How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
To submit a request, please email sales@thedatabaseproviders.com with the subject line:
"Do Not Sell / Do Not Share My Data."
Include the following details in your message:
- Full name
- Email address (or alternate contact)
- Company name (if applicable)
- Country or region
- A clear statement describing your request
We will verify your identity to protect your data and process your request within 30–45 days, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
What Happens After Verification
Once your identity has been verified, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days.
- Suppress or delete the identified record(s) from our active licensing datasets.
- Notify relevant third parties or processors, where contractually required and technically feasible, to help extend your opt-out across the data chain.
Important Notes
If your information appears on publicly available third-party websites, full removal may require contacting the original publisher directly. We will, however, take all reasonable steps within our control to prevent further distribution through our systems.
Opt-outs apply specifically to Database Providers' systems. Data previously licensed to third parties before your opt-out request may be outside our direct control; we will inform you of any such limitations when applicable.
