Do Not Call (DNC) & Telemarketing Compliance
Overview
Database Providers ensure to follow all applicable Do-Not-Call (DNC) laws, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other regional telemarketing regulations. We endorse the legal, responsible communication and acknowledge every person's right to say no to unsolicited phone calls or text messages.
Sourcing of Phone Numbers
Our databases may include business phone numbers obtained from lawfully published sources, public business directories, or professional listings.
We do not intentionally collect or distribute private residential or non-business phone numbers.
How to Opt Out of Calls or SMS
If you wish to stop receiving calls or SMS messages from Database Providers or from customers using our data, you may submit an opt-out request.
Please email sales@thedatabaseproviders.com with the subject line:
"Do Not Call / SMS Opt-Out."
Include the following information in your message:
- The phone number(s) you wish to suppress
- Your full name (optional, but helpful for verification)
- A brief statement confirming your request
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 10 business days
- Add the number to our internal suppression list within 10 business days
- Prevent future marketing outreach to that number from our systems or through licensed data
Caller Practices & Controls
To ensure compliance and ethical calling practices, we adhere to the following standards:
- We comply with all calling time restrictions and applicable local telemarketing regulations.
- We do not use automated robocalls or prerecorded messages to numbers that require prior express consent.
- Before each campaign, we conduct suppression checks against our internal DNC list and any applicable national or regional registries.
Audit & Compliance
We conduct quarterly audits of our suppression lists and telemarketing activities to ensure continued compliance with DNC and TCPA requirements. All opt-out requests and related records are securely retained for regulatory review and accountability.
