Database Providers
Purchased B2B data is not automatically GDPR-compliant simply because it contains work contact details. Before outreach, document where the data came from, what fields were collected, the intended use, your lawful-basis assessment, and how people will be informed about the processing. You should also maintain opt-out and suppression controls and check the electronic-marketing rules that apply in each target country. Your legal or privacy team should approve the final outreach process for your specific use case.

The biggest issue for us was not the list purchase itself but proving the source and setting up a clear process for notices, objections and suppression. We also separated countries instead of treating all European outreach the same, because email and direct-marketing requirements can differ by market. Ask the provider for sourcing and compliance documentation before importing anything into your CRM.
